anyone tried the sainsbury salad bar?

i avoided all the pastas covered in cream..i know some things will have syns in, is anyone aware of what i should avoid?

i had...
the three been salad
peppers
grated carrot with orange (i was thinking eurgh but i tried it and was delicous)
morrocon cous cous (i think)
roasted vegetable cous cous (i think haha!)
boiled egg
beetroot
chick pea thingyyy haha, THIS WAS THE BEST! spicy too, yum.
i crammed as much as i could into my box, well worth it i thought it madee my day.

the fruit bar looked lovely too.

Wow...that post is over 5 years old!

I would be very wary of dishes at the salad bar that may appear healthy as they possibly will contain hidden oil or even added sugar.

It did taste amazing lol. I didn't have the creamy things, stuck to pasta in red tomato sauce, kidney beans, butter beans, mixed beans, green salad leaves and a boiled egg. What do we think? X

I don't know about Sainsbury's salad bar but Morrison's salad bar definitely have syns; most things have some oil in them, particularly things like pasta salad, couscous etc
