Thanks, I've posted. I've been really busy just lately and had problems with my PC so just gettting up to speed with minis - I really love posting on the sight I could spend hours reading posts etc

Well done maybe baby! :) Great loss.. am hoping I can lose 1lb in 2 days to bring me up to 3lb.. would be super happy with that.. scales haven't moved in 2 days now.. so fingers tightly crossed.
 
Aww thank you for your lovely messages :) Good Luck at your WI Purple Hugs. I hate it when the scales dont move, mine have been going up recentley even tho i've been 100%:( xx

4lb gone for me this week.. just realised HAVE to hit 4lb for the next 2 weeks.. and the final one my CDC can't weigh me!!! :( will have to go my by scales that lie to me (they told me i'd only lost 2lb this week).
 
Well done everyone - great weight loss Purplehugs - thats brill:). Unfortunately Ive not been so focussed this week so may not have weight loss this week:( :cry:Still back on track last couple of days and plan to stay focussed from now on!!

((hugs)) well done for getting back on track Sharon, you are doing so well but hiccups do come along. Don't be down if you don't lose, just be proud that you're back on the wagon!
