Anyone want to do a speed challenge?

originally i said 5 superspeed but if you want to make some speed that is ok too

I'll go for the 5 superspeed! Woo hoo! Let's see how it shows up on he scales on Thursday !
 
Yesterday I had:

Grapes (twice) - just realised they aren't even a speed food DOH!
Spinach (S)
Tomatoes (S)
Pear (S)
Melon (SS)
Raspberries (SS)

I had hoped to do better than that....


Today:

Baked beans (SS)
Pear (S)
Spinach (S)
Passata (S)
 
How did everyone do?

I have leftovers of last nights dinner so a slight change today

SS foods

raspberries
smoked haddock
peas


S foods
chicken
prawns
beetroot
leeks
carrots ? are these a speed food?

Carrots are a S food.
 
I'm eating so much speed food I should a size 8 by the end of the day :p

Onions
Apple
Tomato
Lettuce
Cucumber

Just found this post, anyway today I've had

Baked beans tomato sauce
tangerine
Apple

Soup with:
carrots
onions
broccoli
chicken
cauliflower
leeks

for tea will be having
onions
peas
melon and strawberries for desert

Should be a good weigh in next monday if I keep this up.
 
For me today

Carrot
Onion
Lettuce
Cucumber
Peppers
Papyna (think thats how you spell it)
