He'll focus on a different aspect each week for 6 weeks as far as i know. They weighed the whole audience to see how they do in the end and he has also weighed a load of telly viewers.

Hi

I have read the book and listened to the CD that comes with it and yes it is a very good concept but it wasn't right for me this time as I managed the 'eat what you want' rule well but failed at the 'stop when your full' !!! I defo want to try the technique to maintain as I do struggle to leave food on the plate.

DEFINATELY recommend a read

LMAO!!! I guess getting the "stop when your full" bit right is fairly crucial alright :)
