Hi All, started Paul Mckenna yesterday

S: 18st11.0lb C: 15st2lb G: 13st0lb BMI: 33.2 Loss: 3st9lb(19.39%)
I do know of it but never followed it. I do hope it works for you. Any useful pointers please let us know.

Unfortunately Paul McKenna did not make me skinny but I remember the book made a whole lot of sense and explained the mentality of dieting or of growing up being told to finish your plate
I followed it for a while and listened to the CD a lot (same as you- about 10years ago)
Tempted to try to find it for a bit of a read

I follow low calorie and low carb but I incorporate ideas from other diets like 5:2 or 5-bite
