anyone who works out alot

When I was on SS I usually worked out every day. I drank at least an extra litre of water, sometimes 2 extra litres. It didn't slow down or speed up my weight loss.

I find i need about another litre of water on the days i work out and i also find i get hungry on thoses days.

No change in weight loss if i exercise or not.
