Anyone with access to syns online?

Hi All,
I am calling to anyone who has access to Syns Online to pretty please calculate how many syns is in a co-op truly irresistable christmas pudding.

The nutritional values are as follows;
Pack Size 100g
Nutritional values (per 100g);
1350kj (320kcal)
Protein = 3.5g
Carbohydrate = 55.1g (of which sugars 42.3g)
Fat = 8.6g (of which saturates 4.9g)
Fibre = 4.0g
Sodium = 0.1g
Salt = 0.3g

Hi, this is probably abit late for you but I worked it out on the calculator and it came out with 16 syns on each plan

Er, that is 16 syns per 100g. I know youve written "pack size" as 100g but is that really right? That would be a very small Xmas pud... Mine is 454g which would be 73 syns...

Can I be a real pain and ask you to syn aero Christmas trees for me too please?

Ooh dinky Xmas pud, I want now! And there is a Coop at the end of my road, damn yoouuu!!!

The aero trees will be 1 syn per 20 calories (same as the Xmas pud, as neither of them contain any free food). So it'll be be 7 syns per tree if they're 146kcal each.

If they are the 25g each ones, syns online says 7.5each on all days HTH
