Hi guys I am sort of still on night shifts. My son gets up at 4 bloody am and I am finally trying the cry it out method. It's hard but he's 14 months and used to sleep till 7am!!!
I prob won't get back to sleep now as I am wide awake but something needs to be done it's ridiculous as I spend most of the day like a zombie trying to catch up on some sleep.

It's all quiet now so fingers crossed! X
