and week 3 is the common week to give up when u start a new diet....according to the sun newspaper last week lol

but no, i made no new years resolutions...did u?

I've went back on the cambridge today.. I started it last year (Jan 10) and I have lost 4 stone to date.. BUT I came off it BIGTIME over xmas (Nov-Feb) and Ive put a stone of the weight I lost back on :(
Really struggling.. really bored and I cant wait to get into ketosis!!
Any support would be great! :)

i made no new years resolutions. the gym seems quieter now than it did. i think my new years resolution should be to worry less and consolidate my diet to keep the weight off. i'm such a greedy guts though.
My new years resolution is to get the weight off for summer. And ironically, today is the first day ive been motivated to stick to it this year hehe :)
