Apple and cherry sourz?

Am going out for my bday at the weekend and really need some low syn drinks ideas! Does anyone know the syn value for apple/cherry sourz? Thinking about having the cherry with diet coke to make a yummy alcoholic cherry coke!! Yummmmm!!

I imagine they're full of sugar so would prob be quite high, you'd be better with vodka and white rum (not malibu)
