    All comments/advice welcome.

    Daily Points allowance is 18

    Day One (1st March)

    1 pint of skimmed milk 2pts

    B: oats so simple 1.5pts
    Shape lasting satisfaction yogurt 1pt

    L: 2 slices WW wholemeal bread 2pts
    Small can spaghetti hoops 2 pts

    D: WW Mediterranean Pasta 4pts
    Salad 0pts
    Strawberry jelly 1 pt (picked up the wrong one!)

    S: 2 rye crispbreads with 1 spponful Philidelphia extra light 1.5pts
    2 cups of tea with 1 tsp of sugar 1pt.

    16/18

    Day Two

    1 pint skimmed milk 2 pts

    I've got a really upset tummy today. So far all I've had is a lasting satisfaction yogurt at 1 pt. :sick:

    Hi,

    I can see we are on the same points allowance so I will pop in often to get some meals ideas of you if you don't mind:)

    Regarding milk. I thought that 1pint skimmed was three points, but I am not sure.

    I bought a monthly pass and according to the online points tracker my milk is 2 points, so if it's wrong it's all weight watchers' fault! :giggle:
