May I join this?!
I like having goals to achieve.
I've currently got a 25 mile biking goal with my bf, but since joining the gym last friday, that's kinda slipped as I've been spending time down there. Also, my mum works in a school and is on half term atm, and her being round the house disrupted my routine a little. She's back at work on Monday, so I'll get back onto it.
I'd like to do 20 hours in the entire of April, and as we're 13 days in, would anyone object if I backdate with the hours I've done since the month started?
I'll add the details here, then if anyone's got a problem with it, I'll adjust my goal and start from today.
April 2nd - 1:31 on bicycle
April 5th - 2:54 on bicycle
April 5th - 1:00 in gym (I biked 20 miles in the morning, went to sign up to the gym and book an induction and managed to get one that afternoon)
April 10th - 0:25 in gym (was being a "client" for a friend who is training to be a gym instructor)
April 10th - 1:00 in gym
April 11th - 0:08 on bicycle (biked to the gym and back)
April 11th - 1:25 in gym
April 13th - 1:00 Zumba class (first ever Zumba class, really enjoyed it)
April 13th - 0:52 on bicycle (it was a nice day today, so headed out on my bike as well)
I make that a total of 10 hours and 25 minutes so far this month.
I'm off for a long weekend in Wales next weekend. That could either make or break my goal. I'm hoping on climbing Mount Snowdon, which would boost my hours, but if the weather's bad, it won't be happening and will therefore be a weekend without exercise.
Also going to need a lot of motivation and willpower to keep from slipping too far from my WW plan.
