Feel like a Newbie, as I don't know any of you guys yet.
Did the Cambridge Diet back in 2008. Minimins was my rock.
Maybe if you let me join this challenge, it will help me stay on the straight and narrow of my return to Cambridge Diet.
Really struggling despite a 12 lb loss in the first two weeks of SS.
Feel a bit more positive after last night's second weigh-in.

Hi ladies. Im a newbie although i have tried Cambridge before but didnt last more than a week. I was hoping to start cambridge today but my BMI is 40.8, I am so ashamed. Anyway my cdc said I am not allowed to start with that withough a docs signature. Ive worked out that i will need to loose about 5lbs to be just below the 40 mark so im aiming to cut out carbs and drink lots of water between now and Friday when my cdc said she will meet up with me to see how im getting on and if im below the 40 mark i can start.
My gp would charge £30 quid for a signature and id wait about 2-3 weeks for an appointment.
Anyway back to the point, i suppose I am starting a diet today so I aim to loose 20lbs by the end of April

Been away for some days as I am nursing my little one.
Did CD in 2009 and I lost a whopping 5st 3lbs in 5months;my motivation - getting on a list for fertility treatment. I eventually did & my little one arrived last sept.
Now finding it hard to focus,but I need to loose all of the 5st 5lbs I have put on.
I need motivation please,anyone!
