Well tonight was first WI .... Had a night out sat n have eaten loads this week (on plan) and lost 0.5lbs :'(

V upset !!

week 1: -0.5lbs ... :'(
 
Hi I understand how upsetting that is but you've got to think that a loss is better than a gain and sometimes it can take your body a while to get used to a different way of eating.
