Hi, does anyone know if Aquafaba has syn value? I've looked online but theres not much info on its nutritional values. For anyone saying "aqua what?" its the water that tinned chickpeas and beans are stored in. It can be whipped like egg whites or as a topping instead of cream.

"A typical nutritional composition of chickpeas, for example, is listed as 19% protein, 61% carbohydrate, 6% lipids, and 14% water"

I'm guessing that, as chickpeas are free, the water they come in would be too.....I hope so! there's nothing on the SW website about aquafaba at all the only thing I've found is a recipe by twochubbycubs which they use sugar so it has a sun value......
