Are BA flights refundable?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can offer any advice. I have return flights booked to go to the states in May but there is a possibility i may need to cancel it. I have read through my insurance document that i purchased at the same time as the flight but unless i have just cause then the flight is not refundable. Is this right? I'm not sure i read it properly. Does anyone have any experience of this and can offer any advice at all?

I would phone BA and ask customer services you could change the booking with an admin fee
