are there any syn free soups I can have on red days ??

Hi , I am just starting SW again and not sorted a class out yet as we go on holiday next week ... I am doing red days and wondered if there are any syn free ( or very low syn ) soups I can have ?? Mug shots are fab but obviously not on red .. surely there must be free soups without the pasta ????

Unfortunately not. Ready made soups, dont qualify for any free food allowance at all, so are therefore high in syns.

You are better off making a big pot of your own, using superfree veggies and to be honest it will taste far better. There are various recipes in the recipe section if you have a look.
