Are there particular times to take the shakes?

Hi all

Just wondering if I am doing things right or not. Are there particular times to take the 3 shakes eg 3 hours apart or something. I get caught a bit with work so I am not regular taking them. I have a litre of water first thing in morning. Sometimes its lunchtime before I get the first shake. i usually take the second about 6pm and then I take the last one to bed with me about 10pm.

Are there rules about taking them? I never thought to ask before but I am worried I am not doing it right.

No hard and fast rules, whatever suits and works best for you.

I used to have my first really early on, but last time doing LT I had my first about 11am and even lunch time...it really all depends on you and we are all different.

So long as you have three a day and dont skip any you will be fine!

I am so nervous that I have done anything wrong as my first weigh in is tomorrow. I am working early in the morning so heading off to bed now with a yummy chocolate shake!!!

No problem at all about when you take the shakes, just make sure you do!! Keep up the water though, cos if you wait till lunch you night feel a bit peckish beforehand. If you keep up the water, you are less likely to feel hungry. lots of luck for your weigh in.
