Lipotrim say no. I occasionally have had some if I'm in a meeting or dealing with people and I'm worried about my breath!

Ah thank you that's exactly why I want them I deal with people everyday and am in meetings a lot, the strips and mouthwash don't seem to be as good

i looked on the back of the pack of sugar free extra mints and gum and despite being 'sugar' free they are actually packed with carbohydrate (polyols) which is exactly what you want to avoid as it will kick you out of ketosis
