are weekends a struggle with kids

cause they are for me they are so stressing me out today because its cold and wet outside so cant really go anywhere it would be so easy to turn to the crisps and chocolate but ive resisted so far i also have a cupboard full of oreo cookies as the kids love them and we have a new 99p shop and they do different flavours my muller light with chocolate sprinkles just isnt doing it for me today lol

At weekends I make sure that I have some picky free/almost free food available. Today I've got a big potato and onion omlette to pick on, some chicken drumsticks, a scan bran cake (heb), and some Ryvita minis which I'll have with LC lights on. I'll pick on these throughout the day when needed and keep what's left till tomorrow.
These are as well as my meals, fruit, yogurt and I save a lot of my syns for the weekend too.
