Done mine and eveyone else here. I commute over 60 miles a day to work and back, so I will be stuffed if it comes out!

I signed it Deb. The whole idea stinks.

It would hit poor people hardest in more ways than one. Apart from curtailing any days out (one of the few pleasures left to those on a low income), costs to areas such as delivery to supermarkets etc would rocket - the hauliers would pass this onto the shops and they in turn would pass it onto who? You got it - us.

No thank you - we're taxed to within an inch of our lives already!

Dont forget taxi fares, bus fares will probably rise as well....next thing we'll all be paying tax based on the amount of air we breathe!
