hey everyone

Are u allowed to have 3 cartons a day instead of soups and shakes? i know the calories in the cartons are lower, but they taste so much nicer (well only the choc velvet).

You can on CD, I assume it's the same on LL. You just need to remember to drink an extra half pint of water with each carton.

Of course you can have 3 cartons a day if you prefer. I have 2 Clients who only have chocolate tetras. The only thing you cant have more than 1 of are the bars.

You must have an extra half pint water for each ready made carton or bar.

The cartons come in two flavours Chocolate Velvet and Banana Bliss and are available on CD.

I wish there were.. can we swap do you know? as my DH is on CD and I'm on LL and I'd love to use his mix a mousse and have the tomato soup etc etc!!!

I think the cd packs are slightly bigger. 4 LL packs add up to 3 CD so you need to account for that if swapping.
