Are you only allowed shakes on total solution?

Bars, shakes, meal replacements - nearly all of it is 200 calories each so you can have any.
 
Mix and match Marcus
I can't get away with the meals and stick to shakes and bars
Really struggle to get the water down tho

It's the water that keeps you full and also seems to help you burn fat faster!
Try having a bottle with you at all times and keep sipping! :)
