Argh! College.

I've just had a plate of chips at college. The potato is free, but how much should I syn for the oil? They are deep fried. I'm thinking maybe the same syns as a cone of chips from the chip shop.

100g is not much btw:

Fish & Chip Shops, Chips, average portion, 227g standard 17½

Yep, i would say you have well and truley used your syns for today.

Just draw a line under it and get back on track, whats done is done, hope you enjoyed them

Thanks guys! I didn't use any of syns before hand, so I'll use that as my syns and have a free dinner. The chips were nice though!
