i would have stir fry veg with it and bean shoots or do noodles or rice and h/e it if u have one spare :)

Am I able to have pasta with it as a heb as I'm on original day? I got confused which is why I was struggling x

hi yes u can have 100g wholemeal pasta boiled weight, 35g dry weight for h/e b x

i have followed s/w on and off over the years and used to find it easy on red plan but when i came back to it this year they had the extra easy plan it took me ages to get to grips with following it have done for the last 11 weeks but then thought i might do a few red days to see how i go and i was really having to re-think my menus, do u realise u can have 1 or 2 h/e a and 2 h/e b and between 5 and 15 syns so if u dont have any h/e left can use ur syns :)
