Two days in a row... never buying them again!

I kept eating a certain type of food the other day so decided to chuck it in the bin and squirt it with washing up liquid. At least now you have learn't a lesson, it can be so difficult if your like myself a binge eater!

that is a BRILLIANT idea!! oh my god you have no idea how often i bin something and then take it out of the bin and eat it and then feel like a total numpty genius! xx
