so nearing the end of my 3rd week and ive caved.. 3 jelly babies, 2 choc digestives and a bag of crisps...

___________________________ line is drawn.. just hope i still have a loss this week..

supposed to be going out for tea tomorrow night and dont feel like i wanna go now.. even though was just gonna ask for the chicken and some veggies nothing else..
 
Give yourself a firm slap on wrist and carry on! Most of us at one point or another have had a blip like that. Don't beat yourself up about it! At least you didn't go completely haywire and order pizza and Chinese too(ppl have done it)
My mantra is " don't waste time thinking back on what you could have done, keep your eyes on the road ahead and do it differently now".
