One thing I do not miss about this diet...
Constipation!
I took sennokot for the whole three months I was on lipo last time, and still could go.
Ducolax was far too violent for me..
Mental note: always take a pot of Vaseline and a disposable glove to the toilet with me.

Ya I hav started suffering from this as well now. It's a pain in the backside, literally! Lol.

Take Senekot Max Strength every other day, it should do the trick
