Arghhh!

Hullo! I have a slight hairy problem... Ok, when I say hairy, I have hair on my chin, stomach and my breasts. Not pretty. Plus, I have a 5yr old daughter, so adding on my weight problem, stretch marks AND hair, no surprising I hate my stomach

I know everyone says that pcos women find it difficult to lose the weight from the stomach, which is true, but to be asked if i am pregnant is still a conversation killer. How does everyone else keep a positive outlook on this? Or even make themselves feel good about themselves? Feeling pretty damn low atm, which is why Im kicking myself to go back to slimming world, but hopefully kick my pcos up the butt!! :sign0151:

Snap I have hair on chin, tummy and chest. I absolutely HATE my body so much which I think does not help when trying to lose weight. I have to say I do not do alot of exercise as I do not like to be out in public at time due to the hair and weight I have tried slimming world but my hearts not in it. My weight has gone up since stopping smoking and I am at the stage where I am thinking of having surgery to help

Hi Goo,

I'm new here, I have PCOS and I seem to fluctuate between looking pregnant or like a giant beer barrel! About two weeks ago I was on a really busy train after a looooong day at work and a man who clearly thought I was pregnant insisted I sit down. Usually pride would get the better of me but I was so glad of a seat I decided to just take advantage of it! Some days it does get me down when I see people looking at me in a way that makes it obvious they think I'm expecting, especially at the pub (!!) but that day I seriously thought I should just make the best of a pants situation for once : )
