I have a ton of weight to lose. About 150 lbs. I am just going to take it as I go. I am expecting to lose a lot the first week. Mostly water weight, that's how the first week goes for me most times, and then it gets more difficult. G
Good luck, keep focused and keep posting...it can be done and you WILL do it! set yourself mini goals, I have a lot to lose too and that's what I am doing, it seems less daunting that way and more achievable!
