Just to get straight to the point - Last summer I was stuck. Everyone else in my friendship group were skinny, their metabolism was fast, they could eat whatever and they'd stay skinny. Except for me. I weighed 96.5kg and it was just getting too much. I was eating more and more, doing less and less exercise. So I decided to take action.

I went to as low as 70.5kg - a massive 26 kilograms lost, almost 4.1 stone! And it was achieved by simple measures such as cutting calories, exercising that little bit more and being determined.
Now everything has changed. Everything is much better. And I honestly cannot describe how happy I am and how proud I am of myself and others who do this. I used to think it was impossible but turns out it isn't. ANYONE can achieve what they want.
Now, I am building muscle, trying to get beefy, and it is going superbly.
