ARR- My Bro's Shot gun wedding!

I have just been told my brother is planning to marry his Girlfriend who is pregnant in November !! LOL they live in south france so I have some serious dieting to do !! They are planning to get the mayor to marry them on or around 20th Nov THIS YEAR !! Do you think it is possible to loose a st or close enough by then? JEEZ the pressure !! Talk about last minute !

That's a big challenge! If you aim for 3 and a half lbs a week it might seem a little less daunting, either way I'm sure you can do it. Good luck!
