Just have to post & get this off my chest. Have lost 8.5 so far since March & loving the plan & taken up cycling & jogging. Even lost over Easter & Royal wedding bank hols by synning my Easter eggs etc. This last few weeks I have totally lost control, no idea why at all but feeling really down about it. Added to the fact I've injured myself so am not exercising for this week either (just got my bronze body magic so was so pleased as I'm a natural born couch potato!). I'm almost ready to 'bunk off' my weigh in on Thurs as I know it will be quite a gain
Just wanted to get that out anyway. No one to blame but me so feel silly moaning! Will go back to my food diary to see if it gets my head in gear! Sorry for the long post!
