    oops - I see I posted the link to page two - assume everyone found page one. ;)

    I was most surprised about the white flour in pretzels and how bad that was!

    Hi Catz

    I was addicted to Diet COke. Loved the stuff, and thought that was what I would struggle most with on LL - in some ways more then food!

    But I have found out that they are poison - they really have so much bad stuff that is actually counter productive to being slim. ANd I have found, I have not missed them - so definately giving them a permanent miss when I goback to eating and drinking.

    I am pleasantly surprised to find I have broken my addiction for them too! :)
