    I'm afraid that the fit squad regularly have CD dieters in there, but rarely say they did CD straight out, in fact you read the article and you imagine that they had a bevy of advisors helping them every step of the way! Instead they have a dedicated CDC helping them... which, as the results show, is just as effective!

    So very very annoying!

    yeah- ive just been looking through lots of fit squad articles, never read them before, I think its a bit insulting really- Society want us to think the only way to loose weight is the traditional eat less move more. When the reality is a lot of these succesful dieters are doing it through the "dangerous, contreversial starvation diet".

    Pftt- ah well suppose there is no changing the medias view. You would think a diet article would feature heavily the METHOD of weight loss- not just one line at end "oh btw did it with Cambridge"
