ASDA Couscous seasoning?

Hi all.. does anyone happen to know what the Syns are for ASDA's lemon and coriander couscous seasoning?

Also, I'm having trouble finding a couple of my favourite ethnic ingredients in the book and calculator. It's becoming a problem coz I love to eat Greek food... and can't calculate anything!!!

Is it possible to find out how to calculate syns manually (ie, without the calculator)? Or is that illegal... immoral... and fattening???? LOL:family2::family2::family2::family2::family2::family2::family2:

Well a syn is roughly 20 calories, so something with 100 calories is 5 syns, but this doesn't take into account a free food allowance, it's a rough estimate for naughty but nice things.

Thanks squiddie... It would be nice to know for sure. I also have a tonne of specialist low-carb chocolate snacks in the cupboard that are not listed anywhere. From my disasterous attempt at doing Atkins... LOL. But the snacks are yummy... low-cal... and I'm too nervous to have one, coz I'm not sure if a calorie is just a calorie... or if the composition of the carbohydrates may need a more involved calculation to get accurate syns value.

I got some slim-fast snack bars and they were 5.5 syns each. Have u tried the online directory?
