Just made the Spicy Couscous :D

    Hiya, I have just made the Spicy Couscous from the Fabulous and Filling WW recipe book and it was delish :eat:

    Serves 1

    50g Couscous (dried) - 2.5pts
    40g Sultanas - 1.5pts
    1 Medium Egg Hard Boiled - 1.5
    50g Prawns - 1
    1 tsp Lemon juice - 0pts
    1 - Carrot grated 0pts
    2 - Radishes Grated 0pts
    1 - Tablespoon Mayo - 2pts
    1/2 tsp Bas Ral El Hanout seasoning (morrocan seasoning from Tesco)

    Basically put the couscous, sultanas, lemon juice and seasoning into a bowl cover with boiling water, then cover bowl and leave for about 7mins you then just simply add the other ingredients and mix it up that simple and it really was delish :D

    I have adapted the recipe slightly to suit me i.e adding the prawns and the mayo :D
