I just put in the NV and 4 came up as 2pp..

Then when i went to put it on the planner the only they had was the Good For You Rye one on there and that is 4pp for 4.

Do i trust the calculator? Seeing as most of the NV are just a trace?

And for a trace...what is the correct thing to put into the calculator?

I would trust the calculator if I was you. For trace I always just put zero

if you mean the asda chosen by you crisp breads from the NV's i got it as 1pp for 2 so 4 would more than likely be right. they are low in pretty much everything.

try melba toast in morrisons 5 induvial packs of five in different flavours 2pp for 5 ( a pack) yummy too
