Hi I have seen posts here about lential dahl from Asda and looked for it today on line but all I can see is Sharwoods Tarka Dahl - is this the one please

Nope - it's an Asda own brand one in a purple wrapper - it's called Chick Pea Dahl. It should be near the other tinned Asda foods like chilli, etc.
