Asda Diced Pork syn value please.

I have these in the freezer and don't really want to throw away just because its not lean pork. Can anyone please help work out the syn value for this pack? I'll then decide if it's worth me eating it! Nutritional values are (its a 454g bag)

3½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
10½ Syns per package/portion on Green
