Asda Fish Counter

Hi All,

Hubby wants to cook dinner tomorrow and he has chosen the fish counter and asked me to pick something from it, however I have no idea on the syns, there's the butter, crumb, sauce or Marinade, can someone please advise on the best option?

Oooh I'd love to know the answer too as I live fresh fish and quite fancy giving something from the counter a go, as long as its within syns etc.

hi! i think the best thing to do would be to make a sensible decision. butter and crumbs are going to be quite high in syns. so i would go for a marinade or a tomato based sauce! =]
