Hi Guys

I wondered if anyone could help me please , I have never been a massive gym fan ( even the idea ) just down to low confidence and self esteem! However I am so focused and determined to loose the weight and having such a good loss week 1 I am planning ahead.
I would like very much to look good when I loose the weight and wondered if anyone can tell me,When is best to start going to the gym ? I know I have to at some stage in order to look better and I know I am going to need time to build myself up to going but can anyone give any advice ? All would be appreciated thank you x
