what about asda organic hummus (red box) how many syns for this one please? would be over 9 syn, or is it free food as it is chickpea and natural ingredient and organic.

Have you signed up for Slimming World or are you just trying to do it yourself? I only ask because you seem to have a lot of questions and I think it would be worth you signing up for online membership. You won't find the plan or a list of syn values etc posted publicly because it's against SW copyright, so I really think you'll struggle if you don't have access to the literature and Syns Online etc yourself.

I have mentioned this to you before, but I will say it again because it is so important. You must read the lists of ingredients and the nutritional information on the packet, or on the website.

The Asda Organic Houmous has oil in it, and sesame seed paste (also known as tahini). These are not free foods - it doesn't matter whether they are natural or organic.

And it is incredibly high in fat - 33.2g per 100g. A third of it is fat!

I love humous and I wish there was a low fat variety. Anyone know of a humous with just a few syns??? Bit of a long shot I know, but if you've found anything I'd love to know. Thanks
