ASDA Pizza need help now!!

Tonight I had ASDA Vegetable Feast Thin & Crispy Pizza 14in at 699g. I had 1/4 of it and have no idea to calculate the syn value for it . It was a make your own pizza and to be fair it didn't have much cheese on it. But help!! What would you recon it be have i been bad or within my syn allowance??

100grams of Margerita Pizza (as a basic non-branded food) is 11 syns...
I know that is not for any brand in particular.

If you take a Ristorante Thin crust pizza:
A whole pizza is 44 syns (cheese and tomato) so a quarter would be 11 syns.

A goodfellas thin and crispy margerita:
An 85g serving (quarter pizza) would be 11.5 syns.

The pizza you had was a lot heavier than all of these, which were about 350g each. So I'd say you need to allow more than 11 syns, which would be the average from the 350g pizzas.
You've eaten it now, best thing to do is just move on, be good for the rest of the week
Still have your syns, don't deprive yourself!!!!
