Hi guys 
me and my friend regularly have a jacket potato from the ASDA restaurant for lunch, and today we had the chicken tikka as the topping wth salad. Anyone any idea of the syn value for the tikka? I couldnt see any signage for the calories anywhere and didn't want to hold up the queue by asking if anyone knows, you are a life saver!
