asda snack pots!

When finding my local asda sadly lacking in tomato mug shots (my favourite easy lunch at work if i havnt been able to cook anything the night before), I picked up a couple of asdas own dried pasta in sauce in a pot things. Does anyone know the syn values of these?
I have:
Tomato and herb pasta
good for you chicken noodle

I would appreciate any help! (and ill be gutted if they are full of syns!)

So is there a difference between brand names and supermarkets own makes when it comes to syns? i thought i was saving money!

yea there usually is, i thought the same and was buying tescos own super noodle type things and they were really high syn but you can use plain egg noddles and make your own sauce with 1/2 stock cube and 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder and they are free!
