Can anyone tell me the syn value of asda cauliflower grills and asda garlic and herb mushroom quarterpounders,tried doing a rearch but loads of threads come up

what is the protein and carbs?

carbs 18.1 of which sugars 2.8

it's coming up as:

12 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
12 Syns per package/portion on Green
15 Syns per package/portion on Original

That's with 'vegetarian products - meat alternative, raw' and 'vegetables - mushroom' as the free allowance.

Doesn't sound right though. Maybe someone else double check?

Yeah,it sounds very high considering its quite low cal and has loads of free things in it.I do green so most of the filling should be free

No I've noticed quite a lot of these types of products are quite high, Im not sure if its the oil involved or something. I would stick to Quorn ro Linda Mccartney! Or Asda's own meat free stuff like the chicken pieces are 1.5 syns for the whole bag
