asda vegetable chilli

Hi trying to do slimming world at home and have just joined this site.Full of helpful tips and ideas!!!Does anyone know the syn value of asda canned veg chilli please?Ive bought a food directory but still struggle to find the value of some things.Thanks x

I always chuck a few tins of this in the shopping! I have half a can mixed with half a can of chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and kidney beans! Yummy and free!!
