tinned, i couldn't see it online and didn't work out the syns cuz of all the free food allowances... x

Just use the main ingredient for the free food allowance

well using potatoes as the free food (even though they only account for 11% of the total ingredients) it came out as 7.5 syns for the whole can, or 4 for half x
