Bowl of veg + gravy


Late Lunch
Shepherds pie + x 1 slice bread and butter


Dinner
Salmon + new potatoes and veg
x 2 slices bread and butter
Bananas and custard

Today was a really good day! I managed to resist picking at anything whilst serving lunch at work. (except for a bowl of veg ;) ).

Was weigh in day. I lost 8lbs. I feel like my scales may be faulty!

Breakfast:
x 1 toast

elevenses:
x 2 toast
x 1 packet pom bears

lunch:
heinz chicken soup 290g
x 2 bread and butter

dinner:
Jacket potato with prawns in thousand island sauce
3 x bread and butter.


I need to cut down on bread!!!!!
 
Yes, I had to go to A&E to get it stitched up. The pain has been ok with codeine, but i didn't need to take any today, so I guess it's healing!

The downside is that I've gone right off track, with mcdonalds and chinese takeaway!
 
I never did get back on track, but as of today there will be no more mcdonalds or dominos lol. Ive put om 5lbs in the past month. I thought it would be more, so i can live with that.

im toying with the idea of trying slim fast for a couple of weeks for a bit of a jump start.
 
Hi hun am here to follow can i ask what a platea is am i right in thinking its a constant gain x

A plateau is when you 'flatline' and don't gain or lose.

Unfortunately I am no longer plateauing and have gone up to 16 stone 8lbs. Tomorrow I'm going to start going to slimming world meetings.

I start a new job next month, so I'm making 2015 a year for change.
